If you are still using Excel 97 you can download this "old" version. Another benefit for some people is that this version doesn't require administrator or power user rights during the installation. However this version does not contain the many new and improved utilities that were introduced in version 4.ASAP Utilities 3.10N.exe (for Excel 97) (1.3 MB).

Excel 2000/2002/XP/2003 or 2007 or later
